Responsibilities:
- Extract daily lifts & escalators breakdown records from system & forward to respective parties for follow up.
- Prepares monthly lifts & escalators breakdown records to customers & internal parties.
- Prepare and send the monthly lifts & escalators breakdown report to customers.
- Maintain the record of tools, assets & other records.
- Daily operations support to all parties in the division.
- Communications with internal & external customers.
- Prepare ISO, EMS and J-sox documentation/test for division.
- Leading a team to assist engineers & section heads to prepare and submit quotation input & purchase requests. Liaise suppliers/subcons for price inquiry on supply/works.
- Liaising with contracts department to update and maintain SOR/MTD price record for all clients
- Liaising with purchasing department for purchasing and standardization of vendor SOR price
- Any other ad-hoc matters/issues assign by Dept Head/Manager
Requirements:
- diploma/degree
- Good command of written & spoken English
- Experience with ERP would be advantageous
- Good knowledge in Excel & other MS office applications would be advantageous.
