Roles & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for developing long term business relationships with our clients as
well as ensuring growth in sales. You should ensure meeting customers’ requests and needs.
Customer Service Excellence deliveries must be aspired through your respond in a timely
manner and fulfilling all your commitments that has been promised.
Job Responsibilities
• Actively promote and sell the company’s Data Security solutions to our clients.
• To manage existing accounts assigned to you by increasing the sales and acquire new clients for revenue growth.
• Work with presales team to propose solution and professional services to clients.
• Must be able to manage and maintain excellent rapport and relationship with clients for long term success.
• Must have the ability to pitch solutions and build solution offering for yourclients.
• Must be able to hunt and farm own accounts.
• Accountable for revenue performance pegged to assigned accounts and new businesses.
• Track sales account targets and monitor sales metrics such as Quarterly sales results.
• Active team player by suggesting actions to improve sales performance and identify potential opportunities for growth.
Job Requirements
• Min 5 years of sales experience in IT Security products and services.
• A good team player with a pleasant personality.
• Good working attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to deliver projects and confidently answer inquiries on time.
• Possess business acumen and aptitude in problem-solving attitude.
• Highly self-motivated and self-driven personality.
• Excellent communication, good interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Able to work both independently and as an effective team member.
• Results driven and ability to deliver excellence customer service.
• Ability to speak and present well in English
