1. Frontline customer service positions

  • Handle patient registrations, schedule appointments and booking of referrals
  • Attend to clients’ enquiries and needs
  • Handling phone calls and inquiries
  • Handle administrative and ad-hoc duties


2. Back-end Admin positions

  • Data Entry
  • Manage incoming hardcopy and softcopy mails
  • Ensure that documents received are accounted for
  • Organize documents and preparing forms
  • Liaise with external parties
  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative duties



Job Requirements:

  • Minimum N/O/A level
  • No Experience Required
  • Office hours and shift opening available
