- Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.
- Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
- Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans.
- Coordinate and monitor work progress at site including periodic site inspection and attending meetings during the course of the construction of the project.
- Proven problem-solving and achievements work progress according to the work schedule
- Prepare submission of shop drawing / Materials / MOS/ Monthly progress Claims and PM Reports.
- Lead in Site Coordination and execution relating to the construction project.
- Supervise and monitor projects are carried out in accordance with the company’s operating procedures, quality standards & contractual specifications.
