Salary: Basic $4,900 - $6,600 + $80 handphone allowance + $700 transport allowance (if possess own car) + VB
Time: Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)

Responsibilities:
- Work with clients across the logistics supply chain and offer automation solutions that drive innovation to lower costs, grow revenue, create competitive edge, and impact society.
- Responsible for the acquisition and development of strategic customers, by driving new business campaigns to engage with new prospects and sell targeted solutions, developed by in-house technology and industry experts. Key sectors are Logistics, Warehousing, Manufacturing, etc.
- Lead on pairing solutions to the needs of prospective clients at executive and operational level. This includes articulating practical solutions for business scenarios and demonstrating an ability to address pain points and issues at a high level.
- Provide insight into industry trends, priorities, challenges, and market opportunity, identifying how this company's products/services may bring value to clients in the relevant sector.
- Build, coach, and motivate a team of sales personnel.
- Manage the team day-to-day, offering leveraged support for critical business opportunities and career mentorship.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years Solution Sales experience (able to identify pain points/requirements, then craft a solution from a services/solutions portfolio).
- Solid consultancy/professional services in Automation.
- Ability to map the technology issues to the business challenges facing your target industry sector (ideal sector knowledge: Logistics, Warehousing, Manufacturing).
- Track record of complex Solution Sales and multi-stakeholder management.
- High energy, "can do" individuals with an entrepreneurial outlook.
