Job Description:
- Good technical knowledge/experience in handling renovation and construction projects from end-to-end.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specification for the project.
- To meet potential clients/agents/business partners to create new business opportunities.
- Attend all site meetings, client’s briefing & site measurement.
- Preparation of tender documentation, obtain permits and licences from respective authorities.
- Able to handle documentation work (e.g., applying the necessary permits before start of renovation work).
- Active participation in managing work areas by setting objectives, project plans, methodologies, and timelines to ensure successful project completion.
- Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports for periodic updates.
- Able to identify areas for improvements to maximize efficiency and improve project costs.
- Able to effectively manage and supervise a team of construction workers.
- Proper coordination with all sub-contractors and in-house workers
- Ensuring all products are delivered to the agreed specifications
- Ensure good workmanship of all products
Requirements:
- Diploma in Architects/Building
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in related industry
- Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Able to work independently and able to adapt to the changing environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Good communication skills and able to work as a team with colleagues, clients, and sub-contractors
