Duties & Responsibilities
- Carry out general cleaning (Sweep, Mop, Vacuum, Dusting, Washing of toilets)
- Plan, manage and supervise a team of cleaners to carry out their work in accordance with the company’s procedures and practices.
- Work closely with the project manager to plan and manage inventory records.
- To develop a training framework and conduct training for all cleaners.
- Inspection of work carried out by cleaners to ensure a high standard of work is undertaken and maintained.
Requirements
- At least 2 year of relevant working experience in the related field
- Candidate must possess supervisory experience in managing a group of cleaners
- General Education or WSQ Certificate in Environmental Cleaning
- Able to understand basic instructions in English and communicate to customers
- Physically fit to carry out cleaning duties such as dusting, wiping, sweeping, mopping, handling and disposing waste
- Manpower management, complaints handling, Microsoft office.
