Job Descriptions:
- 3 ways match of AP invoices.
- Accounts allocation for AP invoices.
- Enter AP invoices into Oracle System.
- Processing of payment to vendors.
- Monthly bank reconciliation.
- Update incoming receipts daily in excel receipts listing file.
- Preparation of audit schedules.
- Generate Reports.
- Printing, generate and filing of AR Invoices.
- Preparation of inventories reports.
- Month end reporting and related financial tasks.
