Role Overview
As a Senior Consultant you will be responsible to deliver SHL’s range of Talent Solutions to clients in the Southeast Asia region. On a daily basis, you will consult with a diverse range of clients, identify their specific talent needs, engage with them in delivering the solution and provide them with data-driven recommendations and advice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting visionary interviews with senior leaders to set the context for pivotal talent related projects
- Conducting job analysis and identifying person specifications across a wide range of industries and geographies
- Supporting clients in the build of bespoke assessment solutions for their context such as custom instruments, psychometrics reports or assessment exercises
- Designing and delivering assessment /development centres, integrating a range of psychometric assessments and business simulation exercises
- Delivering in-depth behavioral insight in either written or verbal written format on the basis on psychometrics assessments and/or face to face techniques such as competency-based interviewing and assessment centers
- Analyzing talent data to provide unique insights for clients as to whether they have the talent required to execute on their strategy
- Presenting key deliverables impacting talent strategy to the senior leaders and providing advice on key aspects of improvement across the talent lifecycle
- Provision of technical training for clients on the use of SHL psychometrics and behaviorally based assessment techniques
- Provision of SHL development interventions to promote positive behavior change at both individual and group level
Requirements/ Skills/ Experience:
- Suitable candidates have 5 - 8 years of experience in Talent Management through consultancy or/and relevant HR positions
- They usually possess a postgraduate degree in Organizational Psychology and demonstrate strong passion for designing and delivering talent assessment solutions
- In-depth talent assessment and consulting experience at the executive level are advantageous
