Responsibilities:

  • Provides support for administrative, clerical and day-to-day matters in the department/ project site
  • Updates and maintains department records (e.g. workers’ time sheets)
  • Maintains proper filing of documents
  • Performs data entry and assists in the compilation of reports
  • Assist to arrange transport for managers, client, staff etc
  • Overseeing of drivers e.g. overtime scheduling
  • Assists in the planning and coordinating of events/courses
  • Responsible for material and equipment requisition from suppliers
  • Match delivery order with supplier invoice
  • Any adhoc duties as assigned


Requirements:

  • Min GCE N/ O Level Certificate in Administration courses or its equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experiences in construction industry
  • Well versed in MS Outlook, Words & Excel
  • A multitasker who is able to work independently
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadline
  • Only Singaporeans will be considered
