Responsibilities
- Responsible for creation, development and execution of retail training program
- Responsible for sales, product and customer service training to strengthen sales revenue and customer satisfaction
- Conduct gap analysis and needs assessments to identify future and current training and development needs
- Plan, forecasts and proposes the annual training and development programs for retail operations
- Conduct store visits to ensure in-store training are being followed through and carried out
- Conduct service evaluation and provide ongoing coaching to retail operations team to improve the sales and operational competencies
- Conduct onboarding induction/ orientation program for corporate and retail operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 3 years of relevant training experience in a retail environment
- Experience in jewellery sector is an added advantage
- Excellent planning, analytical, communication and facilitation skills
- Resourceful, driven and a team player
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
