Responsibilities:
- Lead the team in implementing the onboarding plan, ensuring alignment with project goals and maintaining high user satisfaction.
- Manage and influence user expectations based on predefined requirements and collected information.
- Plan and strategize user onboarding activities according to project deliverable timelines.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for business and vendors regarding user onboarding activities.
- Collaborate with other project teams to establish a unified onboarding approach based on the rollout plan.
- Ensure onboarding activities adhere to execution timelines and meet business and technical requirements.
- Monitor team adherence to delivery management standards and track progress regularly.
- Anticipate, manage, and resolve issues, acting as the primary contact for the testing, deployment, and onboarding team.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent with 6 to 8 years of relevant working experience in project delivery and implementation.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills to manage multiple stakeholders, including business users, project teams, and vendors.
- Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
