- Responsibilities include aiding Line Managers in compiling weekly flash reports, generating monthly P&L statements for designated services, and overseeing timely closure of monthly service accounts.
- Ensuring accuracy and prompt delivery of various monthly reports to management, such as regional P&Ls, commentaries, and variance analyses, is a key duty.
- Additionally, coordinating with external auditors, managing audit processes, and driving the preparation of regional forecasts and annual budgets, focusing on accurate assumptions and comprehensive analyses, are integral parts of the role.
- Serving as a proactive business partner to regional directors and managers involves going beyond reporting to provide in-depth performance insights for informed decision-making.
- Overseeing efficient disbursement operations, identifying process enhancements, leading system improvement projects, and managing ad-hoc tasks complete the scope of responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting with a CA qualification or its equivalent.
- Possess a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
- Experience in Shipping is a plus.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with strong working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good team player and manager with capability to lead, develop and drive performance of the team members.
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
