Qualification & Requirements
- Minimum GCE O Level
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in relevant area
- Strong communication skill
- Able to interact with all level of staff
- PC literate
Key Responsibilities
- To assist manager in preparing and providing sales quotation respond to enquiries
- To liaise work sheet and assist manager in distribution of work
- To administrate on inspector certification and all other relevant documentations
- To administrate on inspector mob / demob requirement for project specific related matters
- To administrate source of suppliers on inspection department consumables and tools
- To coordinate all administrative process in relation to work
- Any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned by manager
