Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all architectural tasks, including shop drawings, for the project.
- Supervise and inspect all architectural work performed by sub-contractors.
- Ensure adherence to architectural specifications and maintain high-quality standards.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with architectural services and other trades on-site.
- Manage architectural work scheduling, material procurement, cost control, project oversight, and documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum educational qualification of a Diploma or a Bachelor's Degree in Building or Architecture from a recognized institution.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in local building regulations, BCA CONQUAS, and other Quality Mark Assessments.
- Possess strong analytical, organizational, and responsible traits.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
