We are looking for an onsite Technical Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to oversee and manage and application maintenance and support project for Parkway client in Singapore.
- Lead / coordinate onsite and offshore teams performing application maintenance and support, to meet expected service levels and standards;
- Manage and support change requests, service requests to the application, reviewing their impact and compliance to existing systems;
- Ensure that any incidents or problems are addressed and resolved with minimal disruptions to the application service;
- Perform root cause analysis and prepare documentation for incidents;
- Work together with customers for risk assessment and related exercises;
- Report on status of the application and its availability as necessary.
- Ensure that the relevant project documentation is accurate and up-to-date;
Requirements:
· Degree in Computing or any related discipline.
· At least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory position, supporting software application maintenance projects.
· Excellent troubleshooting skills, and ability to manage escalations.
· Ability to manage a team effectively.
· Good communication skills and ability to maintain a good relationship with customers.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Have good understanding of popular software development platforms / frameworks (J2EE, .NET, React, Android & iOS), and DBMS (Oracle, MySQL, MS SQL).
· Have experience with AWS or Azure.
· Understand the mobile deployment process (e.g. submission of mobile applications to AppStore, Google Play store).
· Understand Website development and maintenance with CMS system such as Sitefinity is a big plus.
· Prior experience with Healthcare and Insurance projects will be an advantage.
