4. Control cost and cost calculation knowledge
5. Work with Master Chef to plan and create set meals
6. Plan and create new dishes for festive seasons
7. Organize and allocate tasks for cooks to prepare mise en place
8. Manage Tandoor Oven
9. Prepare masala for grinding for a variety of gravies
10. Prepare a variety of marinates and cuts for meats and vegetables
11. Create new dishes every month
