- Provide End-user desktop support and trouble-shoot for Windows systems
- Setup and install new PC, Install customer’s specific and non-standard applications onto new machine and performing application testing to non-standard applications work properly
- Perform data-migration to new machines and perform manual configuration on customers’ application, and testing
- Help in trouble-shoot and resolve hardware and software issues on existing Desktop
- Plan and liaise with users to schedule appointment
- Min. 3 years of working experience in desktop end-user support
- Proficient in latest Windows Operation System installation, Maintenance & trouble-shoot
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office 365 application and trouble-shoot
- Can work independencely and resourceful in resolving IT issues
