A dynamic individual who is willing to take end to end responsibility for customer service delivery and installation in a well established high end furniture business.
- Experience in high end furniture delivery is a critical requirement.
- Ability to train and support at high end installations
- A degree ideally in a mechanical or engineering discipline as support for electric items is critical
- Working 6 days a week, and public holidays to give customers the 24 hour experience that they deamnd
- Ability and experience of CRM systems
- Knowledge of delivery approaches
- Ability to monitor and improve all areas of installation and delivery.
- Hands on during container unloading
- Expertise in developing quality processes.
