Job Description

  • Efficient document management such as printing and filing of documents
  • Applying for and cancelling of work permits and other work passes.
  • Assisting with day-to-day operations of the office.
  • Handling cheque distribution and monthly staff expense claim
  • Assisting with on-boarding, off-boarding and interviewing of blue collared workers.
  • Monitoring of worker housing and source housing for new workers.
  • Monitoring and ordering office supplies.
  • Liaising with suppliers and requesting for payments to be put up.
  • Accompanying workers to the airport or their accommodation when required.
  • Other administrative duties as and when assigned.


Job Requirements

  • Enjoy interacting with blue collared workers.
  • Prior experience in related field is preferred.
  • Proficient in computer software such as microsoft office, email and google drive.
