In this role, you'll be responsible for applying and understanding of RISIS products, sales methodology, processes, prospecting techniques, and customer base while selling to new and existing strategic corporate accounts. You'll focus on companies that can benefit from RISIS premium gifting products and RISIS unique bespoke/customization products for any industry.
This position's primary function is current account servicing and account acquisition where you'll grow revenue with an emphasis on product sales to our customer base while offering suitable products and excellent customer service to all customers. This includes following up on inbound leads, prospecting, qualifying, solution selling, negotiation, and closing.
This position reports and works closely with the Corporate Sales Manager.
What you'll do:
- Develop prospecting plans for territory development to build rapport and create opportunities.
- Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and corporate leads generation.
- Networking, relationship building, cold calling, leads follow-up through emails, product demonstrations, execution of sales quotation and agreements via F2F, written and tele-communication.
- Maintain good aftersales service to existing customers to maintain retention while developing opportunities for future projects.
- Pursue and increase knowledge of key competitors to ensure that our value proposition is communicated effectively to customers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Work closely with various departments to ensure timely delivery and accounts receivable.
- Provide timely reports to management on sales results, sales pipeline, and account information.
What we're looking for:
- Minimum Diploma holders in related fields.
- 2+ years of demonstrated successful corporate sales, preferably B2B with good network and customer base.
- Experience in premium corporate gifting is highly desirable but not a must.
- Experience using a consultative / value-add sales methodology with strong hunter mindset and constantly in search of sales and prospects.
- Outspoken, cheerful, and dynamic character with positive working attitude.
- Self-starter, driven, proactive with good initiatives, exceptional interpersonal and sales presentation skills.
- With the capacity and resilience to work in a numerical driven sales environment.
- Great team player that is result-orientated with a strong sense of responsibility.
