  • Responsible for day-to-day operations of the Warehouse Department 
  • Assist in monitoring inventory, including physical counts and ensuring inventory levels are maintained accurately
  • Performing picking, packing, issuance of inventory including pesticides, chemicals and materials 
  • Loading and unloading of cargo stocks 
  • Conduct inspection on incoming and outgoing materials and items
  • Responsible for the opening and closing of warehouse 
  • Ensure 5S (Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety, Set in Order) for Warehouse and proper housekeeping is achieved
  • Ensure compliance to safety policies and procedures throughout the warehouse facility
  • Ensures proper storage of all inventory and no prohibited materials are being stored in the warehouse and is compliant to corporate safety and local regulatory guidelines
  • Attending safety meetings and conducts regular safety walk through in warehouse
  • To be involved in internal/external audits
  • Responsible for reports and other required general administration duties

  • Minimum "O" Level and above 
  • Candidates possess Forklift license and knowledge of Navision will be an added advantage
  • Physically fit
  • Good team player with positive work attitude
