Responsibilities:
· Lead a sub-team in the Singapore office and coordinate with relevant support teams in local and oversea offices.
· Provide CRM client relationship management and take action to ensure any unsatisfactory clients are returned to satisfactory.
· Ensure that necessary controls are in place and adhered to in order to provide complete, accurate and timely fund administration services to our clients.
· Ensure all deliverables are delivered to our clients as per service level agreement.
· Assist in pre-launch phase of new client fund vehicles; launching of new fund and review operational procedure.
· Oversee the timely completion of all funds’ audit.
· Ensure all funds are in adherence to regulatory reporting and requirements.
Requirements:
· Bachelor or Master level degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
· Professional qualified accountant.
· Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience in fund administration industry.
· At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role.
· Good communications, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
· Strong verbal and written English skill is a must, proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage.
· Flexibility and ability to multi-task and prioritize to deliver on time.
· Advanced level MS Excel, proficient with MS Word, MS PowerPoint.
· Proficiency in using PFS-Paxus will be an advantage.
· Having knowledge of transfer agency services, FATCA and CRS will be an advantage.
· Ability to resolve complex issues in a timely manner.
· A detailed understanding of the various fund types and investment products covered by this role.
· Candidate with less working experience may be considered as Manager, Fund Accounting, Hedge Fund Administration.
