Job Requirement:
- Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering
- 1 - 2 year working experiences, preferably in product verification and validation
- testing of industrial electromechanical and electronics products.
- Good understanding of mechanical drawings, prior experience is a plus
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Effective communication and excellent interpersonal skills
- Meticulous and able to follow instruction
- Know how to use electrical/electronic measuring equipment e.g. oscilloscope,
- multimeter, etc. is an advantage
- Familiar with international test standards e.g. IEC, UL, CSA, etc. is an advantage
- Good understanding of sustainable packaging materials is a plus
Area of Responsibility:
Verification and Validation Tests
- Perform product’s verification and validation tests in accordance with test plan and work instruction to ensure that the products meet the requirements for the specified application or intended use
- Ensure on-time completion on all assigned product verification and validation tests according to test schedule
- Report valid and accurate test result to the engineer
Safety
- Read, understand and follow laboratory safety policy and rules
- Maintain good 5S in laboratory before, during and after performing verification and validation test
- Report to engineer for any safety risk and unsafe condition in laboratory
- NOTE: Laboratory does not responsible for any safety related issues caused by negligence or abuse of the person working in laboratory
Laboratory Equipment
- Use laboratory equipment in accordance to its user manual and engineer’s instruction
- Handle and keep products and laboratory equipment in proper manner
- Report to engineer for any faulty equipment
