- Position Title: Sales Support Executive / Sales and Customer Service Support Executive/ Billing Executive
- Working Location: Boon Lay (Return MRT Transfers Provided)
- Working Hours: Mon – Fri (8 am – 5:30 pm)
- Salary: Basic up to $3,500 + AWS + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Review and understand sales quotations, terms and conditions of sales offer and pricing for each client.
- Interpret client-specific invoicing needs, particularly for electronic procurement systems, and ensure compliance with purchasing cycles and billing formats.
- Conduct quality checks on invoice calculations and accompanying documentation before issuance.
- Track unbilled work and manage project status for timely and accurate billing.
- Perform quarterly audits on accounts with complicated invoicing requirements to maintain billing integrity.
- Recommend and apply current technology to streamline billing systems for improved efficiency and accuracy.
- Facilitate order processing, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve complaints, maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Collaborate with colleagues across different departments to guarantee effective service delivery.
- Stay informed and continuously learn about products and services to enhance sales support and customer advisement.
- Support Sales in gathering and collating market intelligence and customer feedback.
- Prepare and deliver performance reports and other administrative documentation as required.

- Degree / Diploma in Customer Service, Sales and Marketing, Supply Chains, or Engineering.
- IT savvy in MS Office and IOT.
- Mature and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a highly dynamic customer service environment.
