EUC Engineer L2
Brief Description:
End-User Support, strong in supporting all Windows, iOS, and macOS systems, applications, and networking related.
Responsibilities
- Basic help desk resolution and service desk delivery.
- Routine System administrative activities
- Resolve incidents escalated by L1/Helpdesk as per the agreed SLAs and timelines. They usually have a Run-Book/KB which they can refer to for immediate resolutions. They are also supposed to coordinate with any other support or dependency groups in case the incident has any linkage.
- Troubleshooting for Alert logs files, transaction logs and backup logs.
- Troubleshoot End to End User Devices
- Run the backups, recovery errors, respond to the request regarding the restoration of the DB
- Responsible on making backup tapes schedule and changes.
- Monitor the metric alerts, performance-related issues like high CPU utilization, Application performance, high Memory utilization, Application tuning and Query.

- Acknowledge the request for DB stop/start, user creation and grant specific data access to user.
- System upgrades/migrations
- Making sure Inventory is updated.
- Escalates the problem to next level/Vendor.
- Good working experience in iOS devices ( iPad, MacBook, & iMac )
Requirements
- Higher Nitec and above in Information Technology or related field
- Provide IT technical service desk and onsite support for end-user services
- Support desktops, notebooks, printers and other hardware components.
- Minimum 3 years of IT (EUC) relevant experience in Apple products, applications and networks.
Contract Type: 12 Months (Renewal)
Salary: SGD2,800 to SGD3,500
Location: East Coast, Punggol
Working Hours:
i. Mon – Fri 8:30 am to 4:30 pm (onsite), Sat 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. (onsite)
ii. Mon – Fri 10:00 am to 7:00 pm (onsite)
Commencement: Immediate
Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
