Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end process of FX Derivatives booking, ensuring accuracy and timely execution. Manage the manual input and lifecycle of trades, identifying opportunities for automation to enhance efficiency.
- Implement automation solutions to enhance efficiency in trade input and lifecycle management.
- BaU Processing: Ensure day-to-day operations meet growing business demands.
- Manage day-to-day operations using the T24 core booking system.
- Stay updated on T24 enhancements and leverage new features to improve trading operations.
- Lead and mentor a team, ensuring seamless onboarding for business growth.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks associated with FX Derivatives trading.
- Monitor performance through KPIs and provide insightful reporting to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field.
- 3 - 6 years of FX Derivatives trading operations experience.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Proven track record in implementing automation solutions.
- Strong T24 core booking system knowledge.
