Job Description:
- Answer Phone Calls
- Reply and send email to Salesman, Customer
- Login Sales Order
- Schedule & arrange Delivery
- Arrange collection
- Collect Payment (Cheque or Cash)
- Generate Invoices
- Coordinate and collaborate with different departments to ensure all customers’ requirements and needs are fulfilled
- General administrative duties & other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements and Skills:
- Proficient in English
- Familiar with Microsoft (excel, words etc…)
- Able to multitask, possess good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Working days: 5 Days Working hours: 8:30am – 6:00pm
