Job Description
- Plan and schedule work sequences for construction operation
- To study tender/construction drawings, specifications and contracts to understand project requirements
- Liaise with consultants, clients & main / sub-contractors and coordinate for site activities arrangement
- Perform site inspection and ensure that the work are carried out based on the project specification and construction drawing / final approved drawing from authorities
- Lead a team of supervisors / foreman for works coordination with main/sub-contractors and/or authorities and/or consultant on project progress and technical issues
- Planning and deployment of resources such as manpower, machinery, equipment and material
- Preparation of progress reports, Method Statements and technical submissions
- Ensure the project complies with regulations and clients’ specifications
- Adhere to safety and health regulations and aim for zero accident in the workplace
- To perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the Professional Engineer (PE) Board
- 3 years of Civil Engineering experience
- Organised, meticulous, with positive work attitude and sense of urgency
- Good interpersonal and analytical skills
