Roles and Responsibilities:-
- Assist and support team members in the Business Development team.
- Understand company’s product and solutions and be able to assist in preparation of sales proposals.
- Able to communicate effectively with customers if necessary.
- Will be required to help in documentation tasks for the Business Development team such as CRM data entry, quotation preparation and reports generation.
- Will have the opportunity to work on Admin or Marketing-related tasks.
- Able to conduct market research and provide feedback to the Development team.
- The individual must possess and employ the highest ethical and business standards and always conduct himself/herself with the greatest degree of professional integrity.
- Assist in cold calls, email and reaching out to potential customers.
- Further progression will be to assist with cold call with an attainment of KPI which will be agreed upon, when sufficient understanding of our product has been achieved.
- There will be remuneration with each conversion by team members to a successful demo, as well as conversion to a successful closure.
