Your new company

My client is one of the fastest growing company in the Trading and Investment space. You will be responsible for the full spectrum of recruitment and operations. You will be required to manage, coordinate, administer recruitment and operations covering multiple activities involved by Human Resources and Office Administration within the Company.


Your new role

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing, interview, selection and onboarding of new hires
  • Develop, review and administer HR policies, processes and programs in the areas of recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, compensation & benefits, performance management, and exit management
  • Act as the owner and custodian of the HR system for the effective and efficient management of HR-related data
  • Assist with manpower planning and budgeting, including resource planning for the purpose of business continuity
  • Partner business managers on succession planning, talent management and development
  • Act as the HR subject matter expert, and support business managers to ensure that HR processes are aligned with regulatory requirements
  • Drive and execute employee engagement activities to sustain a cohesive and high-performance workforce
  • Support the management with the fair management of employee grievances if any
  • Responsible for the discharge of HR administrative duties, including employee data management, leave management, HR documentation, filing, etc.
  • Communicate and write in English and Chinese.
  • Any other special projects and duties as assigned

Your Profile and what you'll need to succeed

  • Min 6-8 years of recruitment experience
  • Min Bachelor's degree with related Diploma in Human Resource Management preferred
  • Knowledge of Singapore Employment Law
  • Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
  • Exhibits analytical ability and problem solving skills
  • Good level of reliability and integrity, tact and maturity with a good sense of urgency
  • Attention to detail and good judgement
