Responsibilities
· Be current and knowledgeable in HR legislations, Employment Act and Employment of Foreign Manpower Act.
· To administer compliance, control and educate stakeholders on HR policies and legislations.
· Support in manpower planning.
· Administer, collate, tabulate data and manage target setting and performance appraisal alongside with functional heads.
· Support Employee Relations initiative to foster team cohesion, teamwork and productivity.
· Manage on-boarding program and off-boarding program.
· Demonstrated experience in Payroll.
· Engage in dormitory Planning to optimize dormitory occupancy for operational efficiency and cost effectiveness.
· Investigate and resolve disciplinary issues and grievances.
· Define and maintain current and accurate data for compliance and operation efficiency.
· Prepare essential documents and letters.
· Tabulate and generate relevant reports for management and relevant authorities for decision making.
· Process Annual Leave, Home Leave and etc.
· Support the implementation of change initiatives and projects to advance HR best practices from time to time.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
· Diploma/Degree
· Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in human resource management
· Excellent interpersonal and people management skills
· Effective in both verbal and written communication
