Responsibilities:
- Ensure alignment with engineering design and performance criteria.
- Organize manpower and equipment for projects.
- Collaborate with headquarters for project documentation and PE endorsement.
- Diagnose/troubleshoot manufacturing and performance issues, providing cost-effective solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Obtain formal approval of contract documents from customers.
- Complete projects within specified timelines.
- Draft operating manuals for company-manufactured systems.
- Handle ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma/Nite in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2-3 years of design experience in heavy equipment manufacturing.
- Proficiency in Electrical, hydraulics, and PLC systems.
- Competency in AutoCAD for drawings.
- Strong work ethic, dedication, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Possession of a Class 3 driving license.
