Service Request Team Lead (SR Team Lead)


Salary: $2,800 - $3,200

Working day: Monday - Friday (8.30am - 6pm)

Working location: Upper Changi


Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Service Request Administrators in daily operations for IT related Service Request and RSA token assignment.
  • Manage vendor for scheduling of hardware, collection, setup and decommission of machine.
  • Maintain and update documentation process and procedure.
  • Validate the billing to client and vendor.
  • Reviewer for devices if they qualify for tech refresh.
  • Perform UAT testing for system enhancement.
  • Liaise with IT Service management team for service request form creation or modification.
  • Prepare meeting minutes for weekly meeting with client.
  • Submit monthly SLA (Service Level Agreement) report.
  • Review quotation for repair of devices (laptop, desktop, printer).
  • Maintain strict confidentiality especially to sensitive information/personal data.
  • Any adhoc duties assigned by Superior from time to time.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years or equivalent relevant experience in related field.
  • Proficiency with Excel formula.
