Service Request Team Lead (SR Team Lead)
Salary: $2,800 - $3,200
Working day: Monday - Friday (8.30am - 6pm)
Working location: Upper Changi
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Service Request Administrators in daily operations for IT related Service Request and RSA token assignment.
- Manage vendor for scheduling of hardware, collection, setup and decommission of machine.
- Maintain and update documentation process and procedure.
- Validate the billing to client and vendor.
- Reviewer for devices if they qualify for tech refresh.
- Perform UAT testing for system enhancement.
- Liaise with IT Service management team for service request form creation or modification.
- Prepare meeting minutes for weekly meeting with client.
- Submit monthly SLA (Service Level Agreement) report.
- Review quotation for repair of devices (laptop, desktop, printer).
- Maintain strict confidentiality especially to sensitive information/personal data.
- Any adhoc duties assigned by Superior from time to time.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years or equivalent relevant experience in related field.
- Proficiency with Excel formula.
