Clinic Operations:
- Responsible for management of day-to-day operations of the clinic.
- Usage of Clinic Assist system as the assigned patient management system
- Submission of claims through various third-party platforms. Eg. CHAS/ Medisave Claim, TPAs
- Provide chaperon support to Doctor
- Maintain clinic cleanliness
Clinic Manager role:
- Examine and resolve complaints when needed.
- Identify areas for improvement and engage in work process improvement projects to improve service quality and patient satisfaction at clinic level.
- Support the management in operational plans of the clinic which includes preparing and analysing performance data of the clinic.
- To undertake any other ad-hoc projects or any other responsibilities and assignments as assigned by the Management.
- Engaging with the community to build the clinic.
- Attend monthly Clinic Manager meetings
Job Requirement:
· Pleasant disposition
· At least 2 years of experience working in a clinic
· Service-oriented
· Able to work in shifts and on weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
