Industry: Offshore, Oil and Gas Industries
- Oversees the production and daily work of the organisation.
- Motivating, supporting and providing hand-on guidance to production staff.
- Work together with Safety Officer to ensure all safety and health standards are met.
- Developing workflow policies and procedures to improve efficiency without compromising safety and quality.
- Oversees & introduce on processes, manhours to ensure stay in costing/operational efficiencies.
- Setting productivity goals for each project and team
- Communicating regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production to propose solutions to resolve
- Evaluating machine resources/routine maintenance to ensure continued production and minimal downtime
- Work closely and collaborate with other departments and team members to set goals for the production team
Qualification:
-Minimum diploma in mechanical engineering or related
-Over 20 years of experience in similar capacity
-10 years in supervisory position
-Leadership, strong written and oral communication skills for managing employees
-Analytical skills to identify and address challenges
-Project management skills
-Familiar in Safety OSHA regulations in production/manufacturing
-Familiar with ISO global standards
• Working hours: 0800 to 1800hr
• Working days: 5-days but may return on Saturday to check
• AL entitlement: 14 days onwards
