Wine Connection is looking for a Warehouse Assistant who is:

Job Responsibilities:
- Run and print daily orders from Magento
- Coordinate daily delivery schedule
- Process daily orders into SYSPRO or RPOS
- Monitoring of Inventory ensuring safety stock level
- Daily housekeeping
- Stock-taking on a daily and weekly basis
- Arranging and organising of stocks in the event of replenishment order
- Packing of daily online sales orders
- Process orders in accordance to delivery date and time
- Ability to handle up to 500 SKU worth of stock
- Handle customer’s enquiries though phone calls and email
- Provide customers with product information
- Following company grooming and SOP
- Report discrepancies to the Delivery Centre Manager
- Carry out any other adhoc duties as per reporting manager
- Prior experience in Delivery Centre operations environment
- Knowledge in Magento preferred
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to follow instructions and deliver quality results
