Job Description:
- You will be responsible for deploying Smart Home solutions to customer homes.
- Provide on-site consultations with electrician / ID / Client
- Setup up and install smart home devices
- On-site installation and commissioning co-ordination of smart home system, security system
- Troubleshooting / maintain / servicing at clients’ premises
- Setup rules and logic for smart home system
- Providing customer support
- Building positive customer relationships
- Setup Networking solutions within the client's home
- Engage & manage vendors for on-site implementation
- Learning and keeping up with new changes in technology and new product range
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of ITE, Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- Basic electrical knowledge like changing wall switches, light strips connections etc.
- Experience and knowledge of Smart Home solutions will be an advantage but not required
- Understand and have experience in networking set-up
- Able to use basic MSOffice/Google docs/sheets
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Working Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM or 10 AM to 7 PM
- Training provided
