The Group has major business in Asia-Pacific and Australian regions and we are looking for a good candidate to fill the following position in Singapore office -- AETOS Support Services Pte Ltd.
About the Role - Job Descriptions:
- Manage the front desk and office administration task;
- Welcomes visitors by greeting, in person or on the telephone calls, answering or referring inquiries;
- Preparing the company events, and liaising with external vendors on rates and programs.
- Perform general administrative duties inclusice i.e. inventory list for pantry and stationary supplies, organization of meeting room;
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by management from time to time.
To be successful in this role, Job Requirements:
- Preferable with relevant working experience in the related field is required for this position;
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular);
- Must have the ability to manage multiple priority efforts and ensure that quality assurance standards are followed;
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Fresh graduate are welcome.
