Duties include:
· To assist manager in preparing and providing sales quotation respond to enquiries
· To liaise work sheet and assist manager in distribution of work
· To administrate on inspector certification and all other relevant documentations
· To administrate on inspector mob / demob requirement for project specific related matters
· To administrate source of suppliers on inspection department consumables and tools
· To coordinate all administrative process in relation to work
· Any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned by manager.
Requirements:
· Minimum GCE O Level
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in relevant area
· Strong communication skill
· Able to interact with all level of staff
· PC literate
