Hiring : Chef De Partie
• To be familiar with the respective cuisine and related kitchen operations.
• Assist in both frontline and backend food operations.
• To maintain an optimistic and lively working behaviour and be able to undertake stress.
• To adhere to food preparation and presentation requirements.
• To be familiar with the upkeep of all kitchen appliances and equipment.
• To maintain high levels of hygiene standards in the kitchen.
• To maintain good hygiene levels and expiry of food materials.
•To adhere to portion control requirements.
•To work with service and banqueting team.
•Any other additional projects/duties as instructed by Senior Sous Chef.
•Has to be responsible and take pride of work responsibilities.
