Main Purpose of Role:
1. Inspection, Repair and Maintenance and Operation of subsea equipment in accordance with instruction, qualifications and competence.
2. Maintenance and Operation of supplied equipment at job/project site (on-shore and offshore)
Main Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities:
Equipment inspection
- Establish condition of equipment compared to equipment safety and performance requirements
Equipment Repair, Maintenance and Testing
- Ensure equipment ready for on hire is fully compliant to the reliability and ready “on time” checklist
- Maintain current requirement maintenance history through reporting
Requisiting critical parts, materials tools and equipment
- All requisitioned items ordered without causing delays to routines
Maintain safe work environment and practices
- Ensure safety of all people exposed the workplace environment
- Nil lost time injures and no damage to equipment, plant and vehicles
Consider the environment
- Minimised impact on the environment in the course of carrying out work
Contribute to improvement ideas
- Continuous improvement
Offshore
- Maintain equipment spread and operate them as required
- Establish communication with Client representatives on site on the operation requirement
- Adhere to and maintain safety working practice
Responsible for (based on proficient)
- ROV Toolings
- Diver Toolings
- Hydraulic Tools
- Hydraulic Power Pack
- Any other equipment as required
