Job Description
- Prepare delivery orders, packing list and invoices to ensure a smooth delivery.
- Maintain contact with delivery drivers and to report any breakdown to supervisor for contingency plan.
- Assist to plan and coordinate delivery schedules of drivers.
- Perform data entry and maintain department records.
- Establish and maintain a good filing system of documents.
- Assist in the warehousing functions.
- Housekeep and ensure returned inventory are in clean and mint condition.
Requirements
- ‘O’ Levels.
- Prior working experience in a catering company.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Independent and self-motivated individual with positive attitude.
- Able to work under pressure and a good team player.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work on weekends & public holidays.
- Willing to work long hours especially during festive seasons.
- Willing to work in a warehouse environment.
