Aramco Asia is a group of Asian wholly owned subsidiaries of Saudi Aramco Asia Company, and they share a key mission in serving Saudi Aramco’s corporate strategic initiatives in the Asia-Pacific region. We are in the search for a HR Administrator to join the team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide HR Admin support and SAP system data inputs, maintenance, and updates.
- Assist with monthly payroll preparation – meal allowance tabulations.
- Assist employees and Ch8 assignees with travel and expense claims submission on SAP.
- Prepare letters/forms related to employee lifecycle such as but not limited to letter of appointment/probation appraisal form/confirmation letter/acceptance of resignation etc.
- Prepare visa letter and letter of introduction.
- Collate training requirements into training plan, source and register for training courses, monitor, and maintain training records.
- Assist with coordination of recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Benefits administration such as insurance enrolment and deletion for new hires and resignees.
- Provide support on PMT claims matters.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and employee relations matters.
- Manage and maintain filing in shared folder.
Requirements:
- Strong administrative skills: Word, Excel, PPT.
- Experience and knowledge of Singapore and Australia employment laws is preferred.
- Analytical and solution-oriented
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience in performance management, on-boarding, training, and talent management
- Ability to work on multiple projects with strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholder groups.
- SAP and SuccessFactors proficient
- Time Soft Payroll proficient HR certification a plus
This is a 1-year contract role with subject to extension depending on business needs.
