Job Responsibilities:
- Handles end-to-end processing of trade finance transactions such as Letters of Credit (LC) issuance, Standby Letters of Credit (SBLC) issuance, banker’s guarantee issuance, etc.
- Review and ensure workability of LC/SBLC formats and liaising with Bank to clear these formats.
- Handles settlement/preparation of payments and budgeting.
- Tracking and updating of trade utilisation.
- Monitor repayments from customers.
- Liaise with Marketing, Operations team, suppliers and customers.
- Undertake additional functions and duties when required.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, International Business or Logistics or Supply Chain.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in Trade Finance Operations.
- Strong time management skills and meticulous.
- Strong knowledge of Trade finance and Letters of Credit.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (For eg. Excel) would be an advantage.
