Role and Responsibilities
1. Experience in Dry wall, Plastering, Tiling Works, Plumbing and Electrical
2. Supervise and manage of construction workers on daily site activities
3. Produce schedules and monitor attendance of team members
4. Compliance to safe work procedures and maintain good house-keeping
5. Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
6. Ensure manpower and resources are adequate
7. Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met
8. Resolve and mitigate problems onsite
Requirements
1. Possess relevant BCA trade certificate, BCSS and etc
2. In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, materials and equipments
3. Able to communicate to clients, management and relevant authority
4. Core-trade Supervisor will be an added advantage
