Location: Tampines
5 days work week/ 8am to 5pm
Salary: Ranging from $4,500 - $5,500 + $1,000 Car Allowance + Sales Incentives
Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients interested in utilizing our warehouse storage services.
- Responsible for assessing storage needs, providing quotes based on space requirements and pallet usage, and determining pricing based on the nature of the stored products, such as dangerous goods, chemicals, electronics parts, and wafers.
- Collaborate with customers to understand specific storage requirements, including considerations for air conditioning, racking, forklifts, and VNA systems. Additionally, to evaluate the need for any necessary renovations and closely coordinate with the Facility team to address those requirements.
- The primary responsibilities include securing new customers, generating space area quotes, preparing agreements, monitoring monthly payments, and overseeing potential additional services.
- You will also liaise with the Customer Service team to bill clients for any extra services not initially outlined in the agreement. Furthermore, the role may involve providing manpower to assist customers in managing their products within our storage facilities.
Requirements
- Degree/ Diploma preferably in logistics field
- 3 years of related working experience
- Having knowledge of chemicals will be advantageous.
- Proficient in MS Office
