Admin / Receptionist
- Data entry and computation
- Handle scanning and sorting of documents
- Handle hotline and calls
- Reply emails
- Simple admin duties as assigned
Clinic Assistant
- Patient Registration
- Appointment booking for patients
- Frontline duties
- Data Entry
- Organize paperwork
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Patient Service Associate
- Provide frontline customer service for the Department.
- Register and verify patient information
- Providing pre-operative scheduling and coordination services, advising patients on their admission process, providing financial counseling, as well as collecting deposits from patients.
- Handle general and wayfinding enquiries from patients and visitors.
- Answers incoming and outgoing calls in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Min. NITEC/Diploma in any discipline
- Can start as soon as possible
- With relevant experience will be an advantage
