Soarus Consulting is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying and cultivating new client relationships, promoting our CHRO-as-a-service offering, and achieving sales targets. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual with a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the HR and start-up landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Business Development:Identify and prospect potential clients in the start-up ecosystem.
Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Client Engagement:Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Conduct effective presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our CHRO-as-a-service.
- Sales Strategy:Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Collaboration:Work closely with the consulting team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to service delivery. Provide feedback from clients to the internal teams to enhance our service offerings.
- Reporting:Prepare regular sales reports and updates for the management team.
This is a HUNTER role.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in HR or consulting services.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of the start-up ecosystem and HR challenges.
