- Assist the Facility / Maintenance Manager in managing and leading the team to meet targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving measures
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and implement quality control measures
- Monitor production schedules and resource allocation to optimize efficiency
- Develop and maintain documentation and procedures related to processes
- Manage and resolve any production issues or bottlenecks
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
- About 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Those with more senior experience will be considered for assistant manager.
